My Views:
I don't really mind how so many of these words refer to "man" about the positions listed above and many other words referring to man and the position but i can see how many women will get offended by how these positions are named, etc. Most positions that women have don't have "man" or "men" in them but would probably prefer work women or something like that and it would be less of a pain to women so they don't have to sue someone for being called a salesman or something like that for "inequality" or "sexism"

I like your list of gender sensitive language that you have come up with. Yes, most women and men would get offended with these types of words. I am glad that you realize how sensitive some words can be to anyone. Thanks for your insight.
